Day with Thomas, Britton Station, nr Bristol
Young fans of Thomas the Tank Engine are set for a treat this week, as the popular character pulls in to Britton station, near Bristol, for five days.
Fans of the engines will be able to view the legendary locomotive as he holidays at the Avon Valley Railway and will even be able to climb aboard.
Also due to be in attendance are Sir Topham Hatt, the Fat Controller and the Troublesome Trucks.
A Day with Thomas will take place October 14th 10:30am to 17:30pm BST.

Created by the Reverend W.V Awdry, Thomas made his debut appearance in The Railway Series books.
Since then he has starred in a popular children's television series narrated by former-Beatle Ringo Starr as well as a feature film and has also been the subject of an enduring popular line of toys and games.
