A must-see for dessert lovers and trade visitors alike, Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre (NEC) presents Cake International 2008 from November 15th to 16th this year.
The occasion features a line-up of interesting events in cake decorating, sugar ice craft and other themes, attracting enthusiasts from all over the world, according to organisers International Craft and Hobby Fair (ICHF) Ltd.
Live demonstrations will be carried out in the Cake Decorators Kitchen, while there is a full programme of workshops and talks spread across the two days.
