Bill Bailey, MEN Arena, Manchester
Three years after his highly successful Part Troll tour, hirsute comedian Bill Bailey brings his brand new stand-up comedy show to Manchester next month.
Billed as "bigger, shiner, yet darker and more personal than before" the show takes in everything from jazz singers, God, worms, delusion, jazz singers and Creation vs Science in a set of inspired free-associating routines.
Bailey is best know for appearances on TV sitcoms Black Books as well as being a team captain on the music-themed quiz show Never Mind The Buzzcocks and a regular panellist on QI.
Previous shows from Bailey has seen him dubbed "the finest stand-up comedian this country has to offer" by the Times and a "treat for the funny bone" by the New York Times.
Fans can catch Bailey at the Manchester Evening News Arena on from 13th-16th of November.
Address: M.E.N. Arena Manchester, Victoria Station, Hunts Bank, Manchester M3 1AR.
