BeautyUK, National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham

Salon managers and spa owners will be flocking to Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre (NEC) next month for BeautyUK 2009.

The business event for the professional beauty industry takes place on Sunday April 26th and Monday April 27th.

According to the show's official website, some 200 firms are expected to be revealing product launches for the spring/summer season for the first time.

Nail technicians, tanning suppliers, beauty therapists, college buyers and training providers will be attending the show, which is free for those in the beauty industry.

The event's website claims: "BeautyUK 2009 is guaranteed to update your knowledge on all of the latest equipment innovations, treatment launches and training developments."

It comes before a host of business representatives from the transport and logistics industries are set to descend on the NEC for Multimodal 2009 from April 28th to 30th.

This conference is designed to assist buyers, sellers, equipment suppliers and shippers by enabling them to develop new relationships and build contacts.
