ABBAMANIA, Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham
ABBA fans can have the time of their lives dancing to their favourite tunes when the band's ultimate tribute act visits Birmingham.
Tribute band ABBAMANIA are returning to the UK after a world tour, and performing at Birmingham's Alexandra Theatre on May 9th.
Dancing Queen, Mamma Mia, Voulez Vous, The Winner Takes It All and Super Trouper are just some of the famous hits that will be performed on the night.
Formed in 1999, ABBAMANIA have toured New Zealand, Luxembourg, Tahiti, South America and Denmark.
Swedish pop band ABBA, made up of Agnetha Faltskog, Benny Andersson, Bjorn Ulvaeus and Anni-Frid Lyngstad, topped the worldwide music charts for almost a decade from the mid-seventies.
They have sold over 370 million records worldwide.
A musical containing ABBA songs premiered in 2005 and was made into the hugely successful 2008 film Mamma Mia! starring Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth, Stellan Skarsgard and Amanda Seyfried.
