Accessible Coaches

Creating a safe and comfortable journey for all our passengers is one of our main goals, which is why the majority of our fleet now have a passenger lift at the front entrance of the coach. This makes travelling with us as accessible as possible, regardless of your circumstances.

If you use a wheelchair or have reduced mobility, please call our Contact Centre at least 36 hours before travelling so we can fully assess your travel requirements.

We also have a Code of Practice to make sure we provide disabled customers with the best level of service right across our network. Take a look at our Disabled Travellers leaflet.
