If you're registered disabled and love exploring the British Isles, then our Disabled Coachcard offers a great way to save 1/3 on standard fares to hundreds of UK towns, cities and airports.

So whether you're looking to take a weekend city break to London or jet off to warmer climates from a UK airport, our Disabled Coachcard allows you to travel for a fraction of the original price.

How much is a Disabled Coachcard?

Our Disabled Coachcard is just £10 (plus £2 p&p) a year – that's less than 84p a month (and £10 cheaper than a railcard).

How much will I save?

You'll save a guaranteed 1/3 on standard fares throughout the UK for 12 months. With the Coachcard, there are no restrictions on peak and off peak travel times, so you can travel when it suits you and your plans. This includes public holidays, bank holidays and weekends.

Purchasing your Disabled Coachcard is quick and easy, Simply complete your details and your Coachcard will be posted to your home address (£2 p&p will be added to your purchase).

Your Coachcard can take up to 7 days to be delivered and if it hasn't arrived 24 hours ahead of your planned journey, then call our Contact Centre.

Alternatively, give us a call and we will post your Coachcard out to you (£2 p&p will be added to your purchase) or purchase from one of our ticket outlets.

Accessible Coaches

Creating a safe and comfortable journey for all our passengers is one of our main goals, which is why the majority of our fleet now have a passenger lift at the front entrance of the coach. This makes travelling with us as accessible as possible, regardless of your circumstances.

If you use a wheelchair or have reduced mobility, please call our Contact Centre at least 36 hours before travelling so we can fully assess your travel requirements.

Disabled Coachcard terms & conditions

Terms & Conditions

  1. Card entitles you to 1/3 off 'adult standard fares' on National Express coaches.
  2. Discounted tickets are available at any time, every day.
  3. Discounted tickets can be purchased online, by phone, from a driver and at any National Express outlet or ticket machine.
  4. Please show the driver your Coachcard when boarding. You may be asked for proof of disability.
  5. Maximum of four Coachcards can be used per booking.
  6. We charge £2 postage fee to send your Coachcard out to you when you book online or by phone
  7. Coachcards need to be valid at the point of travel and you will be asked to show the driver your Coachcard when boarding.
  8. Failure to present a valid Coachcard will invalidate your ticket and a new ticket will need to be purchased to travel.

Exclusions

  1. Cards cannot be purchased from drivers.
  2. Card is not refundable or transferable.
  3. Card is not valid with FunFares, Multiride tickets, Season tickets, or special offer fares.
  4. Card is not valid on Hotel Hoppa, Eurolines, Ulsterbus, Third Party or special event services.
  5. Not valid where accommodation, admission or ferry travel is included within the fare.

Luggage

Don't worry about lifting your luggage, our drivers will be happy to load it into and out of the luggage hold and onto the coach for you.
