Renewal Offer Terms & Conditions
- The offer is only valid when renewing a Young Persons Coachcard.
- The offer entitles you to 20% off a full priced Coachcard for 1 year.
- The offer is valid for a limited time. Please refer to your email or letter for the specific expiry date.
- The card start date must begin before the offer expiry date, if you choose a start date after this date the offer will not be valid.
- Discounted cards can be purchased online or over the phone by quoting your unique Voucher Code.
- The discount is not available through National Express outlets, ticket machines or from Coach Drivers.
£15 day return Terms & Conditions
- Card entitles you to 1/3 off ‘adult standard and fully flexible fares’ on National Express coaches.
- Card entitles you to 15% off coach travel on event and festival services.
- Subject to paragraph 5 below, discounted tickets are available at any time, every day on services between towns, cities and airports.
- Discounted tickets can be purchased online, by phone, or in person at any National Express outlet or ticket machine and from drivers on board.
- Your Coachcard if only valid for use for travel from the next calendar day after purchase. If you purchase your Card online or by phone, you are not permitted to travel on discounted tickets until you have received your Card.
- Please show the driver your Coachcard when boarding as failure to do so will invalidate your ticket. You may be asked for proof of age (16-26) or full-time student status.
- Maximum of four Coachcards can be used per booking.
- We charge £2.50 postage fee to send your Coachcard out to you when you book online or by phone.
- Card is not refundable or transferable.
- Card is not valid with FunFares, Multiride tickets, Season Tickets or special offer fares.
- Card is not valid on Hotel Hoppa, European services, Ulsterbus, Third Party or special event services.
- Card is not valid where accommodation, admission or ferry travel is included within the fare.
- All tickets are issued and all passengers are carried subject to National Express' General Conditions of Carriage, available online and at all National Express outlets.
