Renew your Coachcard for just £7.50 (plus £1.50 p&p)

 

As a valued customer we want to offer you the chance to renew your Coachcard for another year for just £7.50.

Get 1/3 off all standard fares at any time, with no peak or off-peak restrictions, including airport journeys.  Plus get a guaranteed seat, help with your luggage and access to hundreds of destinations across the UK.

All you need to do is enter your unique Voucher ID and Security Code in the box on the left.

What will it save me?

Save a guaranteed 1/3 on standard fares throughout the UK for 12 months.

No restrictions on peak and off peak travel times; travel when it suits you and your plans. This includes public holidays, bank holidays and weekends.

The only restriction is that you can't use your Coachcard on Hotel Hoppa, Eurolines, Ulsterbus, Third Party services, special event services and FunFare tickets.

How much is it?

Our Senior and Disabled Coachcards are just £7.50 (plus £1.50 p&p) with your renewal offer. Please refer to your email or letter for details of your offer expiry date.

All we ask is that when you book a ticket you make sure you check the Coachcard box and add in the number of Coachcards in the journey planner. Don't forget to carry the Coachcard with you whenever you travel, along with your ticket and proof of age.

A ticket guarantees you a seat, so you'll always travel in comfort with our reclining leather seats, toilets, air conditioning, power sockets and Wi-Fi on selected services.

Helping hand

Don't worry about lifting your luggage, our drivers will be happy to load it into and out of the luggage hold and onto the coach for you.

Accessible coaches and Assisted Travel Helpline

Creating a safe and comfortable journey for all our passengers is one of our main goals, which is why a large number of our fleet now has a passenger lift at the front entrance of the coach. This makes travelling with us as accessible as possible, regardless of your circumstances.

If you use a wheelchair or have reduced mobility, please make sure you call us at least 36 hours before travelling so we can fully assess your travel requirements. 08717 81 81 79, open 0800 - 2000 7 days a week,(calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras).

We also have a Code of Practice to make sure we provide disabled customers with the best level of service right across our network.

The different ways to receive your tickets

e-Ticket - Book online and print your ticket at home for free.

m-Ticket - Have your ticket sent direct to your mobile. There's a 50p charge for this service.

Collect your ticket - From one of the collection points in selected stations (50p collection fee).

Post - There's a £1.50 charge for sending your tickets by post.

The different ways to renew your Coachcard

Online or by phone – your coachcard will be posted to your home address (£1.50 p&p will be added to your purchase) Travel agent or travel shop – you can collect your Coachcard straight away (no fee) using your renewal voucher.

Renewal Offer Terms & Conditions

  1. The offer is only valid when renewing a Senior or Disabled Coachcard.
  2. The offer entitles you to £2.50 off a full priced Coachcard for 1 year.
  3. The offer is valid for a limited time.  Please refer to your email or letter for the specific expiry date.
  4. The card start date must begin before the offer expiry date, if you choose a start date after this date the offer will not be valid.
  5. Discounted cards can be purchased online or over the phone by quoting a valid Voucher ID and Security Code or at any National Express outlet when presenting a valid voucher.
  6. If purchasing at any National Express outlet, a valid voucher must be presented and surrendered at the time of purchase.
  7. The discount is not available through National Express ticket machines or from Coach Drivers.

Coachcard Terms & Conditions

  1. Card entitles you to 1/3 off 'adult standard fares' on National Express coaches.
  2. Discounted tickets are available at any time, every day.
  3. Please show the driver your Coachcard when boarding. You may be asked for proof of age (60+) or disability.
  4. Maximum of four Coachcards can be used per booking.
  5. We charge £1.50 postage fee to send your Coachcard out to you when you book online or by phone.
  6. All tickets are issued and all passengers are carried subject to National Express' General Conditions of Carriage, available online and at all National Express outlets.
  7. Issued by National Express, National Express House, Birmingham Coach Station, Mill Lane, Digbeth, Birmingham B5 6DD.

Exclusions

  1. Cards and discounted tickets cannot be purchased from drivers.
  2. Card is not refundable or transferable.
  3. Card is not valid with FunFares, special offer fares or promotional fares.
  4. Card is not valid on Hotel Hoppa, Eurolines, Ulsterbus, Third Party or special event services.
  5. Not valid where accommodation, admission or ferry travel is included within the fare.
