Scotland v England admission ticket - Terms and Conditions




This event ticket is issued on behalf of the Organisers and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
  1. Tickets are issued by and shall remain the property of the Scottish Rugby Union plc (Reg. No. SC132061 with registered office at Murrayfield, Edinburgh, EH12 5PJ) (“the SRU”).
  2. Tickets are issued to Club members, Debenture Holders and others for their personal use only, unless with the prior agreement of the SRU. Tickets shall be void if re-sold at a premium or for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the SRU.
  3. The use of tickets as prizes in competitions or lotteries or for other promotional purposes is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by the SRU.
  4. Admission cannot be guaranteed if the bearer arrives at the stadium less than 30 minutes before the advertised kick-off time.
  5. No money will be returned for this ticket if the match is postponed and played upon a future date, but this ticket will remain valid for such postponement. No refund will be made in the event of the match being abandoned during the normal period of play.
  6. Entry to the stadium will be denied to person carrying prohibited articles (such as cans, bottles, flasks, fireworks etc.) as defined by the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995. In the interests of safety the instruction of the Police and Stewards must be obeyed.
  7. No photographs, video recordings, sound recordings or similar may be taken within the stadium without the express prior written approval of the SRU. Entry to the stadium may be denied to persons with audio, visual and/or audio visual recording equipment of any sort including without limitation cameras, video cameras, cassette recorders and microphones.
  8. Any person seeking to use a ticket in breach of these conditions may be denied entry to the stadium or ejected from it. In any event that person may be liable to legal action and the SRU reserves the right, at all times, to retain the money paid for the ticket on issue.
  9. The SRU reserves the right to charge a booking fee for the issue of each ticket. The booking fee shall be in addition to the stated face value of the ticket.
  10. Match tickets are non-refundable.
  11. The licensing conditions regulating the sale and consumption of alcohol at the stadium is subject to compliance with local licensing law requirements.
  12. These terms and conditions are governed by Scots Law and any dispute relating to them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
  13. Officially allocated reserved category two match tickets.
