Commuter Pass usage - Terms and Conditions


  1. The Commuter Pass must be shown to the driver on each journey and also at the request of any National Express official
  2. Travel is valid Monday to Friday on the daily service between Milton Keynes and Canary Wharf. On Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays travel is valid between Milton Keynes and London, as a turn up and ride passenger, if seats are available
  3. The Commuter Pass is not transferable, and the passenger must produce evidence of identity if asked to do so
  4. No refund can be made for days when the Commuter Pass is not used, or if it is lost or stolen, unless a Police crime reference can be produced
  5. All tickets for travel are issued, and all passengers are carried, subject to National Express's General Conditions of carriage, copies of which are displayed online, or are available by post from our Customer Relations Department or at any National Express outlet
