Your PointsHow do I collect points?To start collecting points, you simply need to become a registered user of www.nationalexpress.com. We'll ask you for some details, but these are purely to make sure we offer you a service that is tailored to you. Once you are registered, and as long as you are logged in when you make your booking, you will receive 10 National Express Points for every full £1 you spend on full price coach journeys online. For example: log in, spend £10 on travel and you will automatically receive 100 points. You can check your points balance at any time, simply by logging in to www.nationalexpress.com. There is no limit to the number of points you can receive, and you can collect points all year round. So register now and start collecting today! How do I redeem points?Every 100 National Express Points is worth £1 - and as long as you are logged in, you will be asked if you would like to redeem your points during the booking process. Simply select your journey as normal and you will be given the option to use your points as all or part payment on full price coach travel. The current redemption period runs until 16 December 2004, so make sure you use your points before then! Unfortunately, we occasionally have to exclude points redemption during very busy periods - but don't worry, you can still collect points during these times. Next exclusion period: Fri 17 Dec 2004 to Fri 7 Jan 2005 inclusive.
