How do I change my ticket?

Depending on your ticket type, you may be able to amend the date and time of your ticket right up to when you're due to travel.

Flexible Fare add-on

If you've purchased our Flexible Fare add-on, you're entitled to a full refund of the original ticket price up to 24 hours before you're due to depart, as well as being able to board a coach 12 hours before or after your scheduled departure.

Is there a fee for changing my booking?

In most cases, we'll need to charge an amendment fee when you change your booking, so make sure you have your credit/debit card details to hand. Please note that an excess fare will also be charged where a higher fare category applies.

Tip: Our Flexible Fare add-on allows you to change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before travel. You can add this option on during the checkout process.

The first thing to do is check the terms and conditions on your ticket, as refunds aren't available on all of our fares. You'll find the terms and conditions for your ticket in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can use our handy Ticket Explorer below to see whether your ticket type is eligible for a refund.

If your ticket is refundable (read a copy of our full terms and conditions), you'll need to cancel it no later than 72 hours before your departure time to be able to get a refund. We charge a cancellation fee of £5 per person travelling.

If you're entitled to a ticket refund, get n touch with our Contact Centre and one of our team will arrange it for you.

Tip: we'll be able to process your refund much quicker if you have your ticket number to hand when you get in touch with our Contact Centre.
