How do I change my ticket?

If you have purchased a Standard or Fully flexible ticket you can amend the date and time of your ticket right up to when you’re due to travel.

Restricted tickets are non amendable and non refundable.

Flexible Fare add-on

If you've purchased our Flexible Fare add-on, you're entitled to a full refund of the original ticket price up to 24 hours before you're due to depart, as well as being able to board a coach 12 hours before or after your scheduled departure.

Is there a fee for changing my booking?

 

Standard Fare: A £5 amended fee will apply and excess fare will also be charged, where a higher fare applies to the requested amendment.

Fully Flexible Fare: Unlimited amendments can be made any time prior to departure without incurring an amendment fee.

Tip: Our Flexible Fare add-on allows one free amendment to both the outbound and inbound journey (no fees or excess fares apply), or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before travel with no cancellation fee.. You can add this option to Standard Fare Tickets” during the checkout process when travelling to an airport.

Refunds are only available on Fully Flexible fares and Standard fares with the fully flexible fare add-on added to the booking.

If your ticket is refundable (read a copy of our full terms and conditions), you’ll need to cancel it no later than 72 hours before your departure time to be able to get a refund. We charge a cancellation fee of £5 per person travelling. 

If you’re entitled to a ticket refund, get in touch with our Contact Centre. 

Tip: Please have your ticket number to hand when you call to minimize any delays to your refund.
