All our coaches are fitted with seatbelts as standard, to make sure you have a safe journey. Most of our coaches feature children's booster seats, but if you own one, we recommend bringing it with you.

We've fitted most of our coaches with power sockets for charging your mobile phone or laptop, plus air-conditioning for your comfort.
We also have WiFi on selected services.
In order to keep our coaches running to their schedule, we do not make unscheduled stops on the majority of our services.
We do provide rest breaks on longer journeys, especially overnight services and services between England and Scotland.
Creating a safe and comfortable journey for all our passengers is one of our main goals, which is why the majority of our fleet now have a passenger lift at the front entrance of the coach.
If you use a wheelchair or have reduced mobility, please make sure you call us at least 36 hours before travelling so that we can fully assess your travel requirements.
