As our lost property tracking system costs a lot to upkeep, in addition to the cost of storing your items until they're ready to be collected, we charge customers a reasonable fee when items are reclaimed:

We accept lightweight manual wheelchairs and mobile scooters, as long as they can be stored in the coach's luggage hold.
We regret that we are unable to accept manual wheelchairs more than 20kgs in weight. Pre-booking is required to make sure your wheelchair type is capable of being safely secured on the coach. Contact our Assisted Travel Helpline.
