The Wedding Present, Corn Exchange, Brighton
Veteran indie band The Wedding Present are gearing up for their latest national tour.
Playing venues across the country, the Yorkshire group are set to hit Brighton's Corn Exchange on May 30th - their first time in the city for over three years - in what is sure to be a rocking performance.
The tour comes in support of forthcoming album El Rey, which includes the single The Thing I Like Best About Him Is His Girlfriend, their first record since Take Fountain which was released in 2005.
However, the Brighton gig is to be particularly special as the band are to play El Rey in its entirety with other "surprises" also reported to be in store.
Going for over 20 years, the band - which is fronted by David Gedge - are also likely to dip into their extensive back catalogue which includes the singles Come Play with Me, My Favourite Dress, Blue Eyes and The Queen of Outer Space.
Tickets are still on sale and cost £14.50.
