Kelly Clarkson returns to the UK after a two-year break to promote her most recent smash-hit album My December.

The Texan singer shot to fame in 2004 with her best-selling record Breakaway, which has sold over 11 million copies worldwide.

With such classic tracks as Since U Been Gone and Because of You, her last visit to the UK quickly sold out.

Her second album offers much of the same distinctive and catchy style that has made her an international star, although listeners can expect a slightly more intimate tone this time around.

"There was no filter ... just four very different individuals who joined together to come up with a really cool record. There's a little bit of something for everyone on this album," she says.

Kelly plays the Bournemouth Windsor Hall on March 23rd 2008.
