7. You can get off the coach at a location earlier than the one on your ticket (with the exception of airports), providing you tell the driver when you get on, prior to putting your luggage in the hold.
8. Your seat is guaranteed from the location shown on your ticket, but if you wish to board at a later point (with the exception of airports), we will let you travel as long as there are still seats available – your seat will not be guaranteed.
9. You must travel on the timed journey you are booked on; if you want to travel at another time you will need to amend your ticket (by calling the National Express Contact Centre or visiting a National Express ticket office) before the departure time shown on your ticket. Please note that if you amend your ticket, you will be upgrading to a new fare category, so the difference between the two fares will be charged and an amendment fee will apply
