Book journeys with your e-Voucher

Booking National Express journeys with your e-Voucher is easy!

Log in 

You must be a registered user, logged in to the National Express site, before you can use your e-Voucher.

Book your journey 

To book a journey online using your e-Voucher, make sure that you are logged in, then use the journey planner on the left of the page to enter your journey details, voucher ID and security code.

Voucher information 

A voucher ID is in the following format: XXXX-00000-00 (where X is a letter and 0 is a number). The security code will be a mix of numbers and letters.

If you have a promotional code (usually all letters and no hyphens), don't use this page - you can use the journey planner on the home page to redeem it.

Some vouchers allow you to make multiple journeys on the same code. If you have one of these, you can check how many journeys you have remaining on your voucher at any time by going to the Check Voucher Allowance page and entering your details.
