Bestival is an award winning 3 day boutique music festival set at Robin Hill - a beautiful leafy country park on the Isle of Wight. Now in its fifth year, Bestival has established itself as one of the major festivals of the summer calendar featuring an eclectic mix of DJs, bands and solo artists.

Take the stress out of travelling to this fantastic festival by travelling by coach. National Express operates services from all over the UK to Portsmouth ferry terminal where festival goers can catch a ferry to the Isle of Wight.

Important information about 'Big Green Coach Company' bookings to 'Bestival'

• Coach travel to 'Bestival' is now being operated by National Express. All Big Green Coach customers will now be travelling to the event with National Express and all current Big Green Coach tickets will be accepted for your coach journey to Bestival.
• Outward journey - Customers just need to show their Big Green Coach ticket as they board the coach, which will take you straight through to Bestival. Please check departure locations and times at www.nationalexpress.com/bestivaldepartures as there have been changes.
• Return journey - Customers will catch the Bestival shuttle bus from the festival site (operated by Southern Vectis), to the Wightlink ferry terminal. You will then board the Wightlink ferry and meet your coach in Portsmouth to return to your destination. Please check times at www.nationalexpress.com/bestivaldepartures. The return times indicate the times you should catch the Bestival shuttle bus from the Bestival site to ensure you catch your coach from Portsmouth. You will need to show a print out of the email you receive from National Express on 4th September 2009, along with your Big Green Coach ticket as you board each of the above.
• For those people who booked packages with Big Green Coach including 'Bestival' tickets, these were dispatched on 1 September 2009. Customers who have purchased tickets from overseas should collect their tickets from the Box Office at the 'Bestival' site.
