There are five easy ways you can book tickets for your journey:
Postage information: If you choose to have your ticket posted to you, you'll need to allow 7 days for delivery in the UK, 14 days for delivery to Europe, and 28 days for delivery to the rest of the world.
Tip: If you're booking online or over the phone, you can choose to have your ticket posted to you, sent as a mobile ticket or made available to collect from the coach station. Just select your preference during checkout.
If you have your ticket number, visit the manage my booking section of our website, where you can print another copy using your ticket number, the last 4 digits on your payment card (for security) and the email address you used when booking.
If you don't have your ticket number, get in touch with our Customer Contact Centre. Be sure to have your personal information with you, such as the payment card used to make your booking, and the email address you used when booking.
If you are taking advantage of a special offer or have a promotional code, book your tickets using the Journey Planner on our homepage. Our special offers will appear at the next stage of the process after you've clicked find my journey.
If you have a promotional code, you'll be asked to enter it during the booking process and the discount will be applied to your booking.
To keep our fares as low as possible, and to be totally transparent with our customers, we charge separate fees for the different parts of our service, rather than rolling them into our ticket prices and charging you more.
We charge two different booking fees to cover our different booking methods, and we always try to keep them as low as possible. Our booking charges are:
These booking fees also cover all standard debit/credit card fees and reservation costs.
To mitigate against rising business costs and continue to offer you the best possible fares, we charge a £2 fee for posting your ticket to you.
If you've chosen to have an m-ticket sent to your mobile via text message, we charge a 50 pence delivery fee.
There is a standard £5 fee for amending a ticket. In addition, if there is a difference in price between your new fare and your original fare, you'll need to pay the excess fee.
For example, if your new fare is £15, minus your original fare of £10, the excess fee is £5 (plus the standard £5 amendment fee).
Refunds can be made 72 hours before your outbound journey is made, but only on refundable tickets (see Fares, tickets and Coachcards for more information).
Cancellations - tickets that have the flexible add-on included can be cancelled 24hrs before you are due to travel. The flexible add-on cost is not refundable, but the remainder of the cost can be refunded. If you cancel your ticket and don't have the flexible add-on, our standard cancellation fee of £5 applies.
