Yakety Yak - A Benefit for Tibet, Shaw Theatre, London
The cream of Britain's comedy talent will be assembling for a special show tomorrow in aid of Tibet.
Heading the bill for the punningly-titled Yakety Yak - A Comedy Benefit for Tibet is Simon Amstell of Never Mind the Buzzcocks and Popworld-fame, Shazia Mirza, whose act revolves her Muslim faith, and one-time Hackney Empire new act of the year award winner Ava Vidal.
Also set to appear are Greg Burns, Susan Murray, Ed Petrie and Robin Ince, with John Hegley moonlighting as compere.
Yakety Yak - A Comedy Benefit for Tibet takes place November 6th, with all proceeds going to the Free Tibet Campaign, which is seeking the end of Chinese occupation of the kingdom.
