Turkey Carving Master Class, Royal Bath Hotel, Bournemouth

A hotel in Bournemouth is offering residents and visitors the chance to learn how to make the most of their Christmas turkeys.

The Royal Bath Hotel will be hosting a series of instructional classes in which the hotel's highly trained chefs will share trade secrets as to the best way to cook the bird as well as the approach to carving.

Also on offer are tips on sourcing the best produce from the town's array of independent food shops and supermarkets.

Classes commence at 11am each day with Danish pastries in the main lounge, and conclude an hour-and-a-half later with a lunch, which friends and family can attend.

The Carving Master Class runs on Wednesday 19th and Friday 21st of December.
