The Outdoors Show, NEC, Birmingham
The Ordnance Survey Outdoors Show returns to the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre for a weekend of fun and adventure for all ages.
Participants will be able to get involved in a host of activities spread over four categories: outdoors, adventure sports, adventure travel and water sports.
The water sports events will take advantage of the lake outside the NEC arena, allowing people to try their hand at canoeing, kayaking, and rafting.
Mountain biking, slacklining and climbing facilities are offered to cater for all abilities, with an unarmed combat display by the Royal Marines set to be a sure highlight of the Outdoor section.
The event starts on Friday March 14th and continues until Sunday, with advance tickets available for £12 in advance.
Ordnance Survey is the UK's official mapping agency, producing up-to-date, accurate geographical data for all areas of the country.
National Express offers a convenient coach service that allows people to attend events all over Britain, with a frequent service operating in and out of Birmingham.
