Martha Wainright, Symphony Hall, Birmingham
The hugely popular North America singer Martha Wainwright will be bringing her brand of folk-pop music to audiences in Birmingham next month as part of an ongoing tour.
Wainwright has earned herself a string of fans around the world and has met with critical acclaim and chart success in her relatively short career.
She is the sister of fellow musician Rufus Wainwright and having launched her career in 2005 with a self-titled album she is preparing to release a second called I Know You're Married But I Have Feelings Too in June.
The singer's most high profile foray to date saw her duet with Snow Patrol on their single Set The Fire To The Third Bar and she will be playing the Symphony Hall in Birmingham on May 24th.
When the Symphony Hall opened in 1991, the Sunday Telegraph described it as "not only easily this country's finest concert hall, but also assuredly among the world's best".
Travelling to Birmingham from anywhere in the UK can be comfortable and convenient with National Express coaches.
