Level Skate Jam, Brighton

Some of the UK's foremost skateboarding talent will be descending on Brighton this weekend for the Level Skate Jam.

Held at the newly refurbished Level skate park, the event will see skaters - including local wonders Amir Williams and Stevie Thompson- compete for a first prize of £300 for the winning team.

Meanwhile, the winner of the Nike 6.0 Killing It competition will win £100, to be awarded to the skater who is deemed to have landed the most impressive set to tricks throughout the day.

Further attractions include BMX demonstrations from the Evans Cycles Team, a live performance from the newly crowned DMC Champion DJ JFB and a market selling products from leading skate brands for below retail prices.

Level Skate Jam takes place this Saturday (September 29th).
