High School Musical, Birmingham Hippodrome
Disney's enormously popular movie High School Musical will be brought to life in Birmingham over the next few weeks, it has been revealed.
All the characters that have become fan favourites around the world will be part of the line up at the Hippodrome when the show gets started on May 26th and runs through until May 7th.
Having already spawned a sequel, the show has been able to capture the imagination of young and old musical lovers alike and its first live stage run in the UK looks set to do the same.
Some of the UK's biggest dance talents will be among the cast of the show as the lead characters Troy and Gabriella learn to deal with being teenagers and look to live their dreams by taking part in the High School Musical.
The Hippodrome is among the most visited theatres in the UK and has now been open for more than five years since it underwent a £35 million revamp.
Anyone looking to travel to Birmingham to see High School Musical later this month or in June can do so in comfort and convenience by taking a National Express coach.
