Harley Davidson Rally, Bournemouth

An estimated 800 bikers are expected to roar into the usually sedate environs of Bournemouth this weekend for this year's Harley Davidson Rally.

Before arriving at the designated venue on Pier Approach, the bikers will arrive in town along Exeter Road at noon and will drive around the town led by the New Forest Hogs - a local Harley Davidson owners group.

The event itself, meanwhile, will feature a live band and a competition for the best bike to be judged by the deputy mayor of Bournemouth.

Other attractions taking place in Bournemouth this weekend Tango Fire - a sensational Latin American dance-based show - which has garnered rave reviews - at the Pavillion Theatre and Bournemouth Food Weekend, a celebration of locally produced foods, featuring appearances from celebrity chefs.
