What's on guide
Dynamo, Soho Theatre, London
Following a recent TV appearance on the Jonathan Ross Show, self-styled Hip-Hop magician Dynamo brings his innovative blend of card trickery and breakdance to the Soho Theatre for two nights this weekend.
Bradford-born Dynamo - aka Steven Fryane - has garnered a growing fanbase thanks to his eye-popping shows - during which he makes cards flip, spin and even bodypop - as well as his enthusiasm for rubbishing stuffy Magic Circle conventions thanks to his onstage DJ and rap-inspired patter and gags.
Although still only 24, he has already released a DVD called Concrete Underground and has given extensive performances on the celebrity circuit for stars such as Paris Hilton and Busta Rhymes.
Address: Soho Theatre, 21 Dean Street, London, W1D 3NE.
