Aspects of Love, Palace Theatre, Manchester
Aspects of Love, regarded by many as Andrew Lloyd Webbers' most romantic and affecting musical, comes to Manchester this month for one night at the Palace Theatre.
Based on the short novel by David Garnett, the show tells the story of the romantic entanglements of actress Rose Vibert, her admirer Alex Dillingham, his young cousin Jenny, his uncle George, and George's mistress, sculptress Giulietta Trapani, over a period of 17 years.
The latest production of the show stars 1970s favourite David Essex who enjoyed a number of hits including Rock On.
Love Changes Everything from the score of the show was a top ten hit for Michael Ball in 1987.
Aspects of Love is showing until 27th October.
